<p>ELKHART - Candance L. Jerome, 49, of Elkhart passed away Friday September 25, 2020 at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born November 7, 1970 in Elkhart to Orville & Sandra Lou (Stokley) Ellsworth.</p> <p>On October 29, 1999 she married Kenneth "Ken" Jerome. He survives along with 4 children, Eric Ellsworth, Antonio Persirelli, James Clair, Tyler Jerome; 6 grandchildren; her father, Orville Ellsworth of Elkhart and 4 siblings, Sandra Ellsworth, Beverly Ellsworth, Crystal Ellsworth and Orville "Bud" Ellsworth Jr., all of Elkhart. She was preceded in death by her mother.</p> <p>Candance was a housewife who enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or services and cremation will take place.</p> <p>Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with her care.</p>Obituary
