Mack, Walter, age 87 of Wixom, Michigan was born on September 12, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan to Walter and Rose Maczkowski. He passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017 in South Lyon, Michigan. Devoted husband of 48 years to Andrea. Loving father of Kevin (Kasey) Mack, Mike, Christine, and Walter “Buster”. Caring grandfather of Michelle, Susan, Skyler and Hailee. Walter was a hard working man and was a licensed Electrician for over 25 years. Some would say he was a jack of all trades when it came to wood working and carpentry work. He served on the board of directors as the President of the finish Corporation for numerous of years. He will be deeply missed by many family, extended family and friends. Memorial service will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home 340 N. Pontiac Trail Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) on Saturday June 3, 2017 at 4:00 pm. Family & friends may visit from 2:00 pm until time of service at 4:00 pm. Following the services, all attendees have been invited to the Detroit Finnish Co-operative Summer Camp 2524 Loon Lake Rd, Wixom, MI 48393 where a luncheon will take place in Walter's memory.
