Ricky LA Ron Phillips, 66, of Rayville, LA was born July 7, 1954 in Rayville, LA and passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Monroe, LA.

Ricky is preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Nettie Phillips; and his brother, William Ed Phillips.

Survivors include his daughter, Heather Phillips; brothers, Kenneth Phillips and Gary Phillips; and his sisters, Marie Thompson and Louise Carroll.
