Barbara A. Stephens 1950-2020 WOODVILLE—Barbara A. Stephens, 69, of Woodville, died Thursday September 24, 2020 at Heritage Rehabilitation in Winthrop. She was born in Millinocket December 30, 1950 the son of Clayton and Bernice (Day) Jones. Barbara worked in a medical office for several years before beginning a career in the paper industry. She retired when the mill closed. In her spare time, Barbara enjoyed many types of crafts including quilting, painting and crochet. Barbara was predeceased by her husband, John M. Stephens. She is survived by her children, Wade Phillips III, of Rockland Penni Barbeau, of Litchfield and Matthew Phillips and his wife, Sandra, of Texas; her grandchildren, Anthony, Nicole, Dillon, and Tyler Barbeau, Trinity Phillips, Sophia and Lucia Phillips and great-grandchildren, Riley, Peyton, Sonny, Lyriah, Wesley and Finley. A graveside service will be held at the Grindstone Road Cemetery in Medway, Tuesday September 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements are in the care of Roberts Funeral Home, 62 Bowdoin Street, Winthrop.
