Delores Sue “Dee” Hazelbaker, 76, of Johnston City, passed away on, Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Dee was born in Salem on September 14, 1944 to the late Glenn and Martha (Dodsen) Phelps. Dee is survived by her sister, Margie Ticer of Johnson City and a brother Richard of Minnesota and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Hazelbaker. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Ebeneezer Cemetery near Galatia.
