Myrtle Logsdon

Myrtle Logsdon, age 86, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020, at her residence in Munfordville, KY. She was a homemaker and a member of Lone Oak Missionary Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Elzie Thompson and the late Opal Jaggers Thompson. She was the wife of the late James Floyd Logsdon. She was preceded in death by a son Louie Logsdon, 7 brothers and 4 sisters.

She is survived by four daughters, Aileen Cochran (Charles), Glasgow, KY, Velma Duff, Temple Hill, KY, Diane Lopez , Munfordville, KY, Carol Gutierrz (Saul), Munfordville, KY; one son, Leon Logsdon (Jeannie), Canmer, KY; one brother, Randall Thompson, Clarkson, KY; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Saturday, September 26, 2020 and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM CT, Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM CT, Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Adam Jenkins and Bro. Carlon Fields officiating. Interment will be at Cub Run Cemetery, Cub Run, KY.
