Jane Marie Swan Boling Stone February 19, 1937 – September 24, 2020 Jane Stone, age 83, of Stephenville, entered her heavenly rest on September 24, 2020 in Stephenville, Texas. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2020, 2:00 PM, at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel, with Len Boling officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Stephenville, Texas. Visitation will be Monday, September 28th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Jane was born on February 19, 1937 to the late Albert Sanford and Lillie Ewell Swan in Dickens County, Texas. She attended grade school in Dickens and the rest of her education was in Afton, Texas. Jane married Bobby Ralph Boling on October 25, 1953 at the Swan home in Dickens, Texas, and they made their home in Monahans, Texas for 24 years. They had five children. In 1977, they moved to San Angelo, Texas, and later to Dublin, Texas where they both retired after working for the US Postal Service. Bob preceded her in death May 4, 1989. On July 25, 1993, Jane married Elvis R. “Runt” Stone in Dublin, Texas. Runt preceded her in death May 3, 2019. Jane was a member of Tarleton Heights church of Christ in Stephenville, Texas. She was known as Mom to her grandchildren and Big Mom to her great-grandchildren. Family and friends meant everything to her. She was a Christian servant, dedicated to family and friends as demonstrated by the number of Birthday, Anniversary and other care cards sent each month to those she knew and loved. She was also preceded in death by Parents - Albert and Lillie Mae Ewell Swan, Infant sons -Tommy and Roy Dean Boling, Husband - Bob Boling, Son-in-law- Joe Pruitt, Granddaughter - Janna Boling, 4 brothers and 3 sisters, Husband - E.R.
