Gertrude Goble

Gertrude Goble, age 86 of Hippo, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 21, 1934 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Goble & Rebecca Hughes Reed. She was the wife of the late Raymond Ross Goble. She was a homemaker and a member of Rock Fork Old Regular Baptist Church. She is survived by her Sons: Raymond Curtis (Nina) Goble, Rowland Ross (Patsy) Goble, Ralph (Karen) Goble, Jimmy Darrell Goble, Ollie James Goble & Christopher O’Neal Goble ; Daughters: Charlotte Rae (Scott) Cook, Donna Jean (James) Spencer, Linda Lou (Dale) Howell & Keshia Leann (Fred) Lyons; Sisters: Thelma Stephens, Edith Mae Maggard & Carol Sue Prater; 22 Grandchildren, 56 Great Grandchildren & 18 Great Great Grandchildren & one on the way. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her son: Carl Junior Goble; Daughter: Tammy Lynn Goble; Brothers & Sister: Carl Reed, Roger Reed, Goble Reed Jr., Jimmy Dean Reed & Elva Prater. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, September 27, 2020 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with burial to follow at Reed Family Cemetery, Hippo, Kentucky. Visitation will begin Friday, September 25, 2020 at 7pm at the funeral home and all day Saturday
