Stephen J. Robinson, 66, resident of Milford, NH died on September 23, 2020 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, NH. He was born in Bristol, CT on June 16, 1954, a son of Edgar N. & Theo A. (Payson) Robinson. He was raised in Bristol, CT and later moved to Nashua, NH where he graduated from Nashua High School, Class of 1973. Stephen made his home in Milford for the past six years and formerly lived in Greenville, NH and Hudson, NH. He had been employed as a quality engineer for Nim-Cor in Nashua for many years. Stephen was a talented guitar player and singer, and in his earlier years he played in a Blue Grass band with his Dad. He was also an avid reader and sports fan, had a sharp wit and a special touch with animals. Family members include his wife of 14 years, Susan C. (Jolliff) Robinson of Milford; a daughter, Tina Robinson-Porto and her husband, Michael Porto of Brooklyn, NY; three step children cared for as his own, Taina Cote of Riverview, FL, Arlene Torruella of Riverview, FL, and Allan Torruella of Brandon, FL, as well four more step children, Robert Luz of Manchester, NH, Douglas Field of Northampton, MA, Rebecca Black of Brooksville, ME and Michael Luz of Brooklyn, NY; two grandchildren, Fiona and Felix; nine step grandchildren; a sister, Lynn Lyde of New Britain, CT; a brother, Edgar Robinson of Nashua, NH; several nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Cherry.
