<p>Deborah J. DeWitt, 62 of Maple Street passed away September 21, 2020 in SMHC Biddeford.</p> <p>&nbsp;She was born February 3, 1958 in South Portland, ME, daughter of Berland and Francis (Pettengil) Tracy.&nbsp; She was a 1976 graduate of South Portland High School.&nbsp;</p> <p>She worked many different jobs over the years, her latest at Town Pizza in North Berwick where she was adored by her co-workers and customers.</p> <p>&nbsp;In her younger years, she enjoyed roller skating and singing in the choir at the Elm Street Methodist Church in South Portland. She also was in a dart league and enjoyed cribbage tournaments, crocheting, and spending time with her family.&nbsp; Deb had a joyful heart and was always singing.&nbsp; As a breast cancer survivor, she was a fighter and took care of everyone else, even when she was sick. Deb was a member of the Patriot Riders Maine Chapter One.</p> <p>&nbsp;Deb is survived by her husband Daniel F. DeWitt III with whom she had just celebrated 30 years of marriage in July; their 6 children, Toni, Chrystal, Michael, Brandy, Kelly and Brianna; 2 brothers, Bruce and Steve; 2 sisters, Karen and Kathy; sister in law Joyce and her husband Wes; brother in law Doug and his wife Vicki, brother in law Royce and wife Joni; 19 grandchildren and 1great grandson.</p> <p>&nbsp;A time of visitation will be held on Monday, September 28 from 11am to 1pm at the Johnson Funeral Home, 26 Market Street, North Berwick, ME.&nbsp; In order to comply with COVD-19 mandates, masks are required.&nbsp; Interment will be at the Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery in Springvale, ME.&nbsp; Friends who wish may contribute to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery, 83 Stanley Road, Springvale, ME 04083.&nbsp; Condolences may be expressed at www.johnsonfuneralhomeme.com</p>
