Helen Elizabeth Cantwell Osborne born on September 2, 1921 in Marion, Ohio passed away at her home in Grosse Pointe Woods on September 22, 2020. Helen is survived by her daughter, Barbarann Osborne, and predeceased by her parents, Mae & Jim Cantwell; husband, Arthur Jack Osborne; sister Mary Margaret Hynous (Robert) and brother John Michael Cantwell (Elizabeth) and survived by many nieces and nephews. Helen grew up in Detroit and attended St. Ambrose Catholic School and graduated from St. Mary’s Commercial High School in 1939. Helen worked as a secretary most of her adult life including working for the Grosse Pointe school system. She loved to travel and was loved by so many in her long but sometimes hard and meaningful life. She will be missed by her loving daughter, family and friends.
