Audrey Jean Newcomb

Newcomb, Audrey Jean – 92 of Windsor formally of Cambridge Hants co. passed away July 27th, 2020 in The Windsor Elms, Windsor. Born August 3rd, 1928 in Erskine Alberta, she was the daughter to the late Cecil and Maud (Spearing) Newcomb. A special person due to a household accident in early childhood, Jean thrived as proven by her beautiful embroidery and crayon coloring, winning prizes at the Exhibition. Jean is survived by sister Byrne Burgess, Mississauga ON, sister-in-law Jackie Newcomb, Pembroke NS and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by brothers Howard and John, sisters Margaret (Nelson) Vail, Gale (James) Simm, Anne (Enos) Gavel and Shirley Newcomb. The family would like to thank the staff of the Elms for their care and compassion shown to Jean. Cremation has taken place, there will be a public graveside service held in Highhead Cemetery, Cambridge at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the J.
