Annemarie Eva Mitiku

Annemarie Eva (Anderson) Mitiku, 69 of Weirton, WV, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Weirton Medical Center. Annemarie was born on April 11, 1951 in Steubenville, OH. She was the daughter of the late Wesley Anderson Sr. and Hannah (Hoseus) Anderson. Annemarie was a member of Ferry Glen Church of the Nazarene. She retired as an assistant to the Vice President of Ohio State University. Many will remember Annemarie for her love of going to restaurants and hanging out with friends. Annemarie is survived by her son, Deme Mitiku of Weirton, WV and a brother, Wesley Anderson Jr. and his wife, Sarah of Colliers, WV. A service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 4:00 PM at the Ferry Glen Church of the Nazarene, Colliers, WV. Please note that limited access and social distancing will be in place during the service. All attendees will be required to wear a mask or face covering.
