<p>Mary &ldquo;Sue&rdquo; Stricklin, 82, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away September 14, 2020. She was born December 2, 1937 in Mabelvale, Arkansas to the late Max Nebling and Mandy Lee McCallie. She was raised by her mother and stepfather, Carl Sims. She is survived by two children, Renee&rsquo; Blalock Russell of Sherwood and David Blalock of Jacksonville; four grandchildren and several great grandchildren; brother, Lester Sims (Brenda) of Mecca, Indiana; sister, Carol Nebling Clements of Couch, Missouri.</p> <p>Sue was a member of North Hills Baptist Church in Sherwood and enjoyed backing pies and cakes which she always made from scratch. She also loved watching football, baseball, and basketball with her dog Brindi on her lap. Sue was an instructor at Arthur&rsquo;s Beauty College for several years until she opened her own salon. She drove a school bus for PCSSD for 30 years.</p> <p>A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00PM, September 28 at North Hills Baptist Church in Sherwood. Mary “Sue” Stricklin, 82, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away September 14, 2020. She was born December 2, 1937 in Mabelvale, Arkansas to the late Max Nebling and Mandy Lee McCallie.
