Troy Lee Ruff, 74, of Rutherfordton, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Willow Ridge. A native of Polk County, he was the son of the late Lawton and Florence Hudgins Ruff. Troy was a retired textile employee. He is survived by his sister, Faye Hodge of Rutherfordton; brothers Bobby Ruff (Janet) of Columbus, Joe Ruff (Shirley) and Ray Ruff (Jean) of Rutherfordton; three nieces, one nephew; four great nephews and one great niece. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bertha Ruff. A graveside service is planned for Saturday September 26, 2020 1PM at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Polk County Line Road, Rutherfordton with Rev. Warren Elliott officiating.
