Wesley Keefe Obituary

Wesley Keefe

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Wesley Keefe announces his passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Complex in Springdale, NL at the age of 79 years old. Wesley was a wonderful musician and loved to play and sing, up to the last year it wasn’t difficult to go into his room and he would be playing the button accordion and singing the old time gospel hymns. He was always involved with music at church until he couldn’t attend anymore because of health issues. He retired from the Department of Highways in May 2000. He is predeceased by his parents Herbert and Pearl, Brothers: Eugene and James and Sister: Beatrice. Left with fond and loving memories, his wife Marilyn, Sons: Earle (Theresa) and Craig. Daughters: Rhonda and Kamie. Also left to Mourn are his grandchildren: Gavin (Melissa), Gregory (Alicia), Gary (Holly), Amy (Matt), and Quentin. Great Grandchildren: Emma, Ryder, Brooklyn, Savannah, Kaydence, Hunter, Winter and Skye. Brothers: Robert (Iris), Grant (May), Lomond (Beryl). Sisters: Nancy (Richard), Celeste (Byron) and Florence (George), along with numerous Nephews and Nieces. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
