Denise E. Bishop, 69, of St. Joseph, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Pine Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Stevensville. A celebration of life graveside service will be held at noon on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at Riverview Cemetery, St. Joseph. Memorial contributions may be made to Apostolic Tabernacle, 1881 Greenly Ave., Benton Harbor, MI 49022. Arrangements have been entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Chapel, St. Joseph. She was a lifelong member of Apostolic Tabernacle, Benton Harbor and a resident of Pine Ridge for the many years. Denise is survived by her sisters, Jeanette Velez of Niles, Barbara Chaney of St. Joseph, Nancy (Steve) Moody of Belleville, MI and Carol Price of Ohio; brother, Bryan Bishop; sister-in-law, Marge Bishop of St. Joseph. She was preceded in death by her parents, August, Sr., and Virginia Bishop and brother, August Bishop, Jr.
