Mrs. Ollie Mae Albritton, 95, died Monday night (September 21, 2020) at her sister’s residence in Brantley County. She was born in Waycross, but she lived most of her life in Sarasota, FL before moving back to Waycross five years ago. Mrs. Albritton was a domestic housekeeper for 45 years. Mrs. Albritton was preceded in death by her parents, John Hester and Mary Ollie McQuaig Hester; her husband, Alec Albritton; sisters, Geraldine Fields (James), Vera Fitchett (Morris) and Evelyn Walker (Robert); and brother, Floyd Hester (Mae). Survivors include one sister, Millie Petty of Waycross; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorialization is by cremation.
