Helen Vehe passed away on May 28, 2020 at the age of 94 and Harold Vehe passed away on August 11, 2020 at the age of 97. They were together for nearly 76 years till they died at Inspirations Senior Living in Pahrump NV. Due to the limitations imposed by the pandemic, the celebration of their lives will be held at a graveside service at the Bristol Cemetery on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 10:30 A.M. All family and friends are welcome. Harold and Helen were married at Bethesda Lutheran Church on June 11, 1944. They settled on the family farm in Bristol SD and became the parents of Dennis, Paul and Joan. They farmed together in Bristol for 60 years. Harold served on the school board, church council and was president of Sundial Manor for two terms. Helen served as Bethesda organist for 40 years and was frequently asked to share her beautiful voice at local functions. They will be fondly remembered for their kindness and generosity. They were preceded in death by son Paul and daughter Joan. They are survived by son Dennis (Betsy), seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
