<p>Cynthia L. Harris, 68, of East Liverpool, passed, Sunday, September 20, 2020, in the Emergency Department, at the East Liverpool City Hospital, following a brief illness.</p> <p>Born, April 5, 1952, in East Liverpool, she is a daughter of the late, Earl and Myrtle Noland Doughty.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her sister, Carol Kelley.</p> <p>Cynthia was a Christian by faith, and she was a graduate of East Liverpool High School.</p> <p>She will be deeply missed by her husband, Melvin Harris; son, Rick Harris and his wife Janine of Toronto, OH.; daughters, Mellissa Nentwick and her husband Craig of Wellsville, Annette Crowe and her husband Matt of East Liverpool; Larissa Severs and her husband Rick of Negley; brothers, Joe, Sam, tom, Darrell and Chuck Doughty; sister, Shirley Oldham who helped take care of Cynthia. She will also be missed by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren</p> <p>Pastor Tom Adkins will celebrate Cynthia&#39;s life, Saturday, September 26, 2020, at the Arner Funeral Chapel, at 4:00 PM. Friends may visit with her family 2 hours prior to the service, from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM.&nbsp;</p>

Cynthia L. Harris, 68, of East Liverpool, passed, Sunday, September 20, 2020, in the Emergency Department, at the East Liverpool City Hospital, following a brief illness.

Born, April 5, 1952, in East Liverpool, she is a daughter of the late, Earl and Myrtle Noland Doughty.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Carol Kelley.

Cynthia was a Christian by faith, and she was a graduate of East Liverpool High School.
