<p style="text-align: center;"><br /> <span style="font-size:16px;">Cynthia Diane Blakeslee, age 71, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 5:28 pm Monday, September 21, 2020, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, September 28, 2020 at Smith Funeral Home &amp; Chapel. The Rev. Dawn Victoria Mitchell will officiate. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Visitation celebrating Cynthia&#39;s life will be held at 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm Monday September 28, 2020 at the Smith Funeral Home &amp; Chapel.&nbsp;<br /> Cynthia was born on June 26, 1949, in Hannibal, Missouri the daughter of Charles and Nellie (Black) Blakeslee.<br /> Survivors include her cousins, Bud and Linda Monroe of Hannibal, MO, Mary and Pat&nbsp; Quigley of Kansas City, MO. and Danny Powell of Hannibal, MO.<br /> She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Richard D.&nbsp; Blakeslee and her cousins, Patty Powell, Bob (Judy) Simms, Fred (Geneva) Simms and Jim (Eathyl) Monroe.</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Cynthia graduated from Hannibal High School in 1967 and went on to work for White Star Laundry in Hannibal.&nbsp;<br /> She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and Eastern Star where she served as past Matron, and was also a member of the Meriam Shrine of Quincy.</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Cynthia and her brother Richard were the best of friends and took care of each other. Cynthia spent her time reading with mysteries were her favorite. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and looked forward to game days.</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Pallbearers will be St. John&#39;s Masonic #28 members.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church or James E. Cynthia Diane Blakeslee, age 71, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 5:28 pm Monday, September 21, 2020, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.  

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, September 28, 2020 at Smith Funeral Home & Chapel. The Rev. Dawn Victoria Mitchell will officiate. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Cynthia was born on June 26, 1949, in Hannibal, Missouri the daughter of Charles and Nellie (Black) Blakeslee.
Survivors include her cousins, Bud and Linda Monroe of Hannibal, MO, Mary and Pat  Quigley of Kansas City, MO. and Danny Powell of Hannibal, MO.
