Gary Robert Pieper Sr. of Adell, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 21, 2020 at the age of 58. He was the son of Harry and Alice Pieper, born on February 9, 1962 in Milwaukee. He married Sue Schanen on November 7, 1987 in St. Francis and together they had four children. Gary graduated from Cudahy High School. He worked at Tesker Mfg in Saukville for over 10 years. Gary was a volunteer fireman with the Adell Fire Department. He coached Random Lake youth football. Gary loved the outdoors and hunting. He was a devoted husband and father and will forever be missed and loved. Gary leaves behind his loving wife Sue, proud father of Gary Jr. (Valerie) Pieper, John Pieper, Dan (Nicole) Pieper and Victoria Pieper; brother Gerard (Lisa) Pieper; brothers-in-law Kurt (Louise) Schanen, Gregg (Julie) Schanen and Paul (Shannon) Schanen. Gary is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Harry, and Fred Pieper; father and mother-in-law Fred and Clara Schanen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:00PM on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church - St. Mary's Chapel (306 Butler St. Random Lake, WI 53075) with Fr. Gideon Buya presiding. Visitation will be at Eernisse Funeral Home Belgium on Thursday from 3:30-5:30PM prior to the service. A reception in honor of Gary’s life will be held at a later date.
