Pauline E Wilson, 73, of Palmyra, passed away at 7:57 AM Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the Monroe City Manor in Monroe City, Mo. Friends and Family are invited to Pauline's Life Celebration at a visitation that will be from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Friday September 25 at Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel in Palmyra, MO. A Graveside Service will follow at 10:30 AM at Andrews Chapel Cemetery in Warren, MO. Pastor Dewayne Larenson will officiate. Pauline was born April 9, 1947, in Quincy, IL to Roy and Eileen Howard Schroder. She was married to Dwayne Paul Wilson on March 13, 1965. He preceded her in death on September 16, 2012. Survivors include her son, Dwaine Paul Wilson (Denise) of Quincy, IL, daughters Tracy Ann Hays (Brian ) of New London, MO, and Stephanie Denise Crane (Rusty) of Philadelphia, MO; grandchildren Brandon Wilson, Kaitlin (Jesus) Chavez, Logan Hays (Nikki), Ashlyn Williams (Cody), Daryn Crane (Kristi), and Rylan Crane; two great grandchildren and one on the way; sister Pat Ehmen (Ron) of Palmyra, Mo, brothers Howard Schroder of Quincy, IL, David Schroder (Maha) of Fairfax, Virginia, Alan Schroder of Farmington, MO, and Gary Schroder (Mary) of Danville, IL. Pauline was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, and granddaughter Britni Wilson. Pauline was a graduate of Monroe City High School in Monroe City, MO. A hard worker, she was a waitress at Mary's Cafe in Palmyra, worked at Breaktime, Ben Franklin, and most importantly as a loving mother and housewife. A very artistic woman, Pauline enjoyed any kind of arts, crafts and painting. An amazing seamstress she lovingly made all of the Bridesmaid dresses for her daughter's weddings. She also took her artistry to the kitchen where she was known for her home made rolls, making rabbit and dumplings in the slow cooker, and her pot roast. She loved camping together with family and visiting family in Wyoming and Colorado. Pauline was a member of the Episcopal Church, Mt. Vernon Methodist Church and St. Judes in Monroe City. Pallbearers will be David Schroder, Howard Schroder, Dwaine Wilson, Brian Hays, and Rusty Crane. Memorial contributions may be made to Andrews Chapel Cemetery in Warren, MO. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren Brandon Wilson, Britni Wilson, Kaitlin Chavaz, Logan Hays with step-daughter Britleigh, Ashlyn, with daughter Laurel Williams, Daryn with soon to be great grandson Bentlee Crane, and Rylan Crane.
