It is with great sadness that the family of Francis Léger of Memramcook announces his passing, on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the age of 72 years. Born in College-Bridge, he was the son of the late Léopold and Éliza (Landry) Léger. 

Francis will be forever remembered by his wife of 50 years, Jeannita and his children, André (Sylvie) and Anne (Maurice) Richard. He will be sorely missed by his four precious grandchildren, Marco, Mélodie, Alexandre and Adèle. His memory will also be cherished and kept alive by his brother and sisters, Victor (Ida), Sœur Josette n.d.s.c., Georgeline (Ulysse) LeBlanc and Diane (Donald) LeBlanc. He was predeceased by his son Jacques. 

Francis was a friend to all. He will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and dear friends for his teasing jokes, his entertaining stories, his willingness to help and the many projects he took on around the house. He worked for Correctional Services Canada until his retirement.

A private Funeral Service in memory of Francis will be held at a later date. There will be no viewing due to the Covid related restrictions. To express condolences visit www.dupuisfuneralhome.ca .
