Kaye L. Novak, age 81 of Faribault, died on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at home. A celebration of life will be held at the Eagle’s Club, Faribault on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 1 to 5 p.m. with a time of prayer and sharing at 3 p.m. Kaye Lorraine, the daughter of Norman and Violet (Tranholt) Bjerk, was born May 10, 1939 in Ada. She married Irving Novak on December 14, 1973 in Fargo. She is survived by her husband, Irv; five children, Cheri (and Paul) Jenkins, Elizabeth (and Brad) Mulhulland, Shawn (and Susanne) Novak, Kimberly (and John) Baker and Thalia Novak; 12 grandchildren, Katie, Matthew, Jacob, Brady, Pierce, Elle, Lacey, Joseph, Austyn, David, Isaiah and Emanuel; eight great grandchildren, Emma, Alyssa, Grady, Collin, Dawson, Nolan, Aidan and Kade; a brother, Jack (and LaVonne) Bjerk and a sister, Valarie Tracy.
