Dale Michael McAtamney, age 70 of Chesterfield passed away on September 19, 2020. Dale was born on November 28, 1949 to Donald and Evelyn McAtamney. On September 8, 1972 he married Mary (nee Cole) in St. Clair Shores. Dale was a retired salesman for Modern Mirror and he was on the Board of Directors for the Construction Association of Michigan. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Scott (Stephanie) and Kimberly. Loving grandfather of Desiree, Kristopher, Ryan and Charlie. Dear brother of Donald. Dear godfather of Kristy Martin and Stacey Jardine. Memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 22412 Overlake Street, St. Clair Shores. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

I’ve known Dale for many years and always enjoyed his humorous personality, often referring to himself as “Grosse Pointe Charles”. We are saddened by his loss, but his memory will always remain In our hearts. Rest In Peace Ralph & Judy
