<p><span style="font-size:18px;">Debra Francine Neal, 65, passed away Thursday morning, September 17, 2020 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;">Debra was born May 30, 1955 in Sweet Home, Oregon to L.M. &ldquo;Tom&rdquo; Smith and Opal Reynolds-Smith. She married Everette &ldquo;Doyle&rdquo; Neal on January 21, 1972 in Siloam Springs, AR. They shared a loving 48 years together and she enjoyed being a homemaker for her family. In her spare time, she could be found reading a book, watching game shows or soap operas, and her favorite would be Christmas Hallmark shows all year round; but most of all, she cherished her time with family.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;">She is survived by her mother, Opal Smith; her husband, Doyle Neal of the home; 1 son, James Neal and wife, Kaytlind of Westville, OK; 1 daughter, Debbie Green of Siloam Springs; 3 brothers, Larry Smith, Tommy Smith, both of Oregon, and CJ Smith of Texas; 5 sisters, Elizabeth Ann Thomason of Bentonville, AR., Doris Smith, Toni Thomason, both of Siloam Springs, Yvonne Claunch and Kathy Smith, both of Oregon; 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many other loved ones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;">A graveside service will be held Monday, September 21, 2020 at 2:00pm at Old Union Cemetery in Cincinnati, AR.&nbsp;</span></p>
