Elaine Drogon Novobilski, 73, of Scotch Plains, formerly of Union, passed away on September 14, 2020. Born August 31, 1947 in Bayonne, she was the daughter of the late Stephen Frank Drogon and Stella Bajor Drogon. After graduating high school, Elaine worked for Prudential Insurance Company until she started a family. After having two children, she became a Teacher’s Assistant for the Union Board of Education schools for over 15 years. Elaine loved spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and visiting the Jersey shore. Elaine was the loving mother of Jaclyn (Anthony) and Janine (Joseph), cherished Grammie of Madeline and Gavin and sister of Frank (Pat).
