Leona was born November 11, 1933 to Edouard and Roseanna Leblanc in Zenon Park, Saskatchewan. Leona is predeceased by her parents Edouard and Roseanna Leblanc, Husband Edward, Son Roger, Grandson Weslie, Brothers Edouard & Joseph, Sisters Armande, Anita, Flore & Thresea.
