Gardie Vervalcke of Moose Jaw passed away on September 13, 2020 at the age of 102. Gardie is predeceased by her husband, Victor (1992); son Jack (2007); two brothers Vince and Joe Krippes; parents John and Maria; in-laws Donna and Jack Fettig, Yvonne Mattys, Connie and Martin Fettig, Tilly and Len Benson, Geraldine Krippes, Irene Gregg, Frank and Alma Booth, Mary and Germaine Vervalcke; her husband parents Frank and Honorine Vervalcke. Gardie will be sadly missed by her children, Linda Bouvier of Regina, SK, Joan (Doug) Jensen of Lundbreck, AB and Rick Vervalcke of Buffalo Pound, SK; grandchildren Carmen (Lisa) Bouvier and their children Ryan, Justin (Tessa): Carolyn (Corey) Bitz and their daughter Ashley Corcoran: Darryl (Marla) Vervalcke and their children Brandon and Brittany: Debbie Vervalcke and her children Sheldon, and Brooklynn: Crystal (Jarrod) Vervalcke and their children Casey, Brianna, Nicholas, and Dexter: Frank (Sherylee) Vervalcke and their daughter Olivia: Vicki (Glen) Smyth and their daughters Nadine and Natalee: Cindy (Steve) Fix and their children Ryan(Kayla) and Raegan: Sherry Jensen: Stephanie (Chris) Temple and their twins Logan and Nash: Kevin (Shawna) Vervalcke and stepson Jaden; great-great grandchildren Hayden, Alaska, Jupiter, Bam and Huxley as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Due to Covid restrictions an Invitation Only Service will take place due to limited seating. Gardie will be laid to rest beside her husband Victor at Sunset Cemetery. For those so wishing memorial donations may be made to the CNIB, 2160 Broad St, Regina, SK S4P 1Y5. In living memory of Gardie, a memorial planting will be made by Jones-Parkview Funeral Services.
