WISHART, Robert Young Feb. 27, 1928 – Sept. 15, 2020 Bob passed away peacefully on September 15, 2020 at Hill House Hospice in Richmond Hill at 92 years of age. Loving Dad to Deborah (Geoff) and Bruce (Tara) and wonderful Grandpa to Megan and Kathleen. Pre-deceased by his loving long-time partner, Marion MacLeod. Pre-deceased by his loving brother David (Helen) and Uncle to Scott and Laura. Retired for 37 years after a proud, 39-year career with Bell Canada. Bob loved playing golf, cards (including a perfect 29 cribbage hand) and watching sports, especially the Blue Jays. He always acknowledged every single birthday, anniversary and other family occasions, had a big heart and was always very loyal to long time family and friends. He loved spending time with his family and will be greatly missed. There will be no visitation or funeral. The family will be having a private interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Brookside Court and Hill House Hospice for their wonderful and compassionate care.
