<p style="text-align: justify;">Joyce Ann Mehl, 72, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020 at her home.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Joyce was born July 13, 1948 in Baltimore, MD, daughter of the late Wilbur and Mary Virginia (Connelly) Johnson.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">She was a former receptionist with an Acura Dealership in Ellicott City, MD.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Lee Robinson and her stepdaughter, Kristine Reed.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Joyce leaves behind her husband, John J. Mehl, Jr., whom she married July 27, 2007; her two sons, Rob (Vera) Fendley and John (Heather) Fendley both of Baltimore, MD; her sister, Marge (Butch) Moore of Baltimore; two stepsons, John J. (Shelley) Mehl, III of Fairfield, PA and Thomas J. (Wendy) Mehl of Clinton, MS; stepson-in-law, Michael ‘Bub’ Reed of Toronto; thirteen grandchildren, Ashlynn, Addison, Alyssa, Steven, Steffanie, Emma, John, Ava, Kathryn, Casey, Megan, Kelsie and Lexie.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Family and friends will be received Friday, Sept. 18 from 12 noon to 1 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto followed by her funeral service at 1 PM.
