Joel Bly Barrett, age 82, of Kuttawa, KY passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Caldwell Medical Center ER. He was a retired Executive Director of Boys & Girls Club of Beliot, WI. Joel was also a member of First United Methodist Church in Beloit, WI. Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Phyllis Ann Reynolds Barrett, Kuttawa, KY; one daughter, Suzanne (Robert) Pollard, Pinehurst, NC; one son, Jordan Barrett, Kuttawa, KY and two grandchildren, Claire Sullivan and Nathan Pollard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Mary Catherine Bly Barrett and one sister, Lois Ann Miller. There will be no visitation or service.
