Mr. Glen E. Shepherd, 57, passed away Tuesday morning, September 15, 2020. Glen was born on January 19, 1963 in Harlan County, and was the son of Jeannette Fleenor Shepherd and the late Howard Glen Shepherd. Survivors include his daughter: Jackie Shepherd Atzinger (Blake) and her mother: Cecilia Shepherd; his mother: Jeanette Shepherd; one brother: Mark A. Shepherd (Jodie); one niece: Lauren Shepherd; one nephew: Sam Shepherd and a special friend: Paula Henry. Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 PM (Noon), Saturday, September 19, 2020, at the Berea Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 10:30-11:30 AM Saturday, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home, W. Main St., Richmond. The Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
