Carolyn Faye Roberts age 70 of Murfreesboro went home to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday September 15, 2020. A native of Davidson County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mamie Ruth Minor Chadwell. She is also preceded by a brother, Billy Chadwell. Mrs. Roberts is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, William Roberts, daughters, Kim (Brian) Pruitt, Melondy (Chris) Cole and grandson Chase Cole all of Murfreesboro. She is also survived by sisters, Louise Greinke, Shirley (Danny) Barnes and her brother Gary (Rebecca) Chadwell. Mrs. Roberts was a member of Unity Freewill Baptist Church and was a member of Senior Activity Center of Smyrna. Visitation will be Friday September 18, 2020 from 10:00AM until 12:00PM at Unity Free Will Baptist Church, 1901 Florence Road, Murfreesboro. Graveside service will follow at 1:00PM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Charlie Charles officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
