<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:20px;">Mrs. Wilhelmina Blair Smith was born June 25, 1945, to the late Ruth Hagins and departed this life on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at Pruitt Health of Ridgeway, South Carolina.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:20px;">Wilhelmina attended Carver Elementary School and graduated from Jackson High School&nbsp; in 1963. She was employed by Kendall Textile Division in Bethune, South Carolina for several years on various jobs such as machine operator, diaper and cloth inspector and a packer. She continued employment there until the plant was sold. She worked numerous years and retired from Hermitage Cotton Mill in Camden, South Carolina. Upon retiring from Hermitage, she worked for several years at North Central High School in the cafeteria.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:20px;">Wilhelmina accepted Christ at an early age and served faithfully as a member of Sandy Level Baptist Church in various capacities. She served as president of Sandy Level Young Adult Choir and later became president of the Adult Choir. She sang joyfully as a member of the Senior Choir and as a member of the Usher Board. Wilhelmina also served as a member of the Eastern Star 176 Richmond Chapter.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:20px;">She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammie Smith and&nbsp; her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Holoman-Young and Luester Roberson.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:20px;">Wilhelmina leaves to cherish her memories, her three brothers, Vernon Lee (Martha) Hagins of Miami FL, Minister Lynroy (Mary Louise) Hagins of Lugoff, SC and Larry Hagins of Camden, SC; three sisters, Linda R. McClinton of Cassatt, SC, Patricia (Rev. Ted) Stradford of Atlanta and Carolyn (Willie) Lyles of Blythewood, SC; a brother-in-law, Rev. John H. Roberson of Columbia, SC and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.</span></p>
