Delores “Dee” Windmiller, 78, of Franklin, passed away on September 15, 2020. She was born on February 15, 1942 in Fountain Square, IN to the late Oscar and Effie Gibson Jackson. She is a graduate of Southport High School. She loved playing cards and watching NCAA Basketball, especially Purdue and IU. She enjoyed collecting angels and spending time with her family. Surviviors include her husband of 28 years, Bobby Windmiller, her son, Dale (Ramona) Koch, 3 granddaughters, Danielle, Madison and Stephanie, her stepson, Christopher “Jeff” (Audrey), her sisters, Darlene, Carolyn and her former husband, Ron Koch, her mother-in-law, Betty Windmiller, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Marilyn and her father-in-law, Robert Windmiller and her stepdaughter, Julie. Visitation will be on Friday, September 18, 2020 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens of Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN, with the service a1:00 PM. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Breast Cancer Research.
