Our beautiful, loving mother and friend Joan Bulgarino, 88 years of age, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2020. She was born in Philadelphia on May 26, 1932. She married on April 21, 1952 to Eugene Bulgarino and raised 5 children. Our mother spent her time caring for her children, she also enjoyed reading and was an amazing artist. She was survived by her children, James Bulgarino, Debra Capozzi, Linda Gillam, Kimberley Turner and Cathleen Newman, also her 13 grandchildren.
