Virginia L. Brammer

Derry, NH Virginia “Ginny” L. Brammer, 77, died on September 12, 2020 at Pleasant Valley Nursing Center in Derry, NH. She was born in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of the late Edward L. and Lorraine M. (Wells) Williams. Ginny grew up and graduated from high school in Minnesota before moving to Oregon at the age of 25. After residing many years in Oakland, OR, she moved to Lodi, CA and has been a resident of Derry, NH for the past 10 years. Ginny loved meeting people and serving others. She was a dedicated hard worker always serving with a smile on her face. She worked many years as a waitress at Denny’s and the Ponderossa Restaurant, and also as an LNA where she brought joy and laughter to her patients. Ginny and her husband Frank also owned and operated a tack shop in Canyonville, OR. In her younger years she enjoyed dancing and motorcycle riding. She loved to travel in her RV where she and her husband Frank had many adventures and fond memories. She was also an avid reader, a talented painter. Ginny is survived by her husband, Francis “Frank” L. Brammer of Hemet, CA; her children, Penny Ellsbury of Lodi, CA, David Brammer of Laguna, CA, Teddy Brammer of Brookings, OR, Diana Stevens of Roseburg, OR, Terri DeCecca and her husband Daniel of Raymond, NH; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her sister Janice “Red” Blake and her husband Mike of Eden Praire, MN. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 1-3 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 2 Epping St., Raymond, NH. A Memorial Service will follow at 3 PM.
