With saddened hearts the family of Rita Johnson of Pierceland, Saskatchewan announces her passing in Cold Lake on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at the age of 85 years. Rita will be forever remembered and loved by her five daughters: Coral Dale, Penny (Bud) Hewlett, Iris (Harold) Horton, Gail Pettit, Myrna (Terry) Harrison; fourteen grandchildren: Tasha, John, Shanda, Angela, Tina, Dwayne, Melanie, Dallas, Brittany, Dennis, Carman, Derrick, Danielle, Austin; numerous great grandchildren; special nephew: Clary Johnson; two brothers: Ron (Sharon) Wild, Merlin (Chris) Wild; as well as numerous other relatives & friends. Rita was predeceased by her husband: Peter Johnson; son: Lorne Johnson; parents: Ernest & Lena Wild; son-in-law: Lorne Dale. Graveside service, Friday, September 18, 2020, 2:00 p.m., Pierceland Community Cemetery, Pierceland, SK, with pastor Ron Hewitt officiating.
