Betty Leigh Drum, 65, of Dawsonville passed away September 8, 2020. Betty was born February 24, 1955 in Atlanta, GA. She worked many years as the general manager at McDonald’s. She enjoyed the beach, loved animals, and loved spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, David Drum; nieces, Tonya Kitchens and Cheryl Williams. Surviving are her sons and daughters in law, Scott and Christy Drum, Steven and Amy Sherwood, Eric and Katie Drum; grandchildren, Anthony Drum, Haley Drum, Jack Drum, Alan Sherwood, Ashley Forehand, Eli Drum, Maks Drum, Abigail Drum; sister and brother in law, Barbara and Thomas Bang; several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
