Betty D. Warner of Baxter Springs, Kansas, passed from this life on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Quaker Hill Skilled Nursing Home. Betty was born on March 11, 1927 in Huntsville, Arkansas to Harry and Ethel Bowlin. Betty was united in marriage to William (Bill) D. Warner on February 17, 1944 in Pineville, Missouri. Betty worked at Welch’s Grape as a lab technician until 1958, when she and Bill moved to Baxter Springs, Kansas. She was active in the Women’s Ministry at Spring River Assembly of God Church in Riverton, Kansas. Her love of family and family gatherings was what she truly enjoyed most in life. Betty is preceded in death by her husband William (Bill) D. Warner. Brothers, John Bowlin, Donald Bowlin, James Bowlin, and Charles Bowlin. Also, sister Mary Bowlin and great great grandson Memphis Thompson. Betty is survived by one daughter Mary Thompson and husband Joel of Quapaw, Oklahoma, and one son Larry Warner and wife Christina of Frontenac, Kansas; four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 2:00pm on Sunday September 20, 2020 at Baxter Springs Cemetery. Pastor Roger Scantlin will officiate. Pallbearers for the service are Douglas Crumbliss, Taylor Siegert, Trevor Siegert, Ashton Crumbliss, Noah Brooks, Justice Lonon, Jaxon Brooks.
