Bonnie A. Thomas Utica Bonnie A. Thomas, 55, of Utica, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. She was born on June 27, 1965 in New Hartford, the daughter of Ellwood and Anne (Laskowski) Phillips and graduated from Whitesboro Central Schools in 1983. Bonnie was very creative and enjoyed all kinds of arts and crafts. Her whole world revolved around her son Matthew and cherished the time spent with him. Surviving are her son, Matthew Thomas, Utica; step daughters, Jennifer and Christy Thomas; step sons, Robert and Chad Thomas; step grandchildren, Corey, Erin, Daniel, Christina, Jon, Jarrod, Giana, Marissa, Siera, Brayden and Lily; step great grandchildren, Maverick, Emma, Skylar and Willow; sister, Barbara Garrison; nephews, Jerrod, Alden and Cary and several other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Brenda; brothers, Barry and Brett and companion, Vince Kidd. Bonnie’s family wishes to extend their gratitude to the ICU staff at St. Elizabeth Medical Center for all their care and compassion. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services on Monday at 11 am from Dimbleby Funeral Homes, Inc., 40 Main St., Whitesboro. Visitation will be from 10 am until time of services. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Memorial Park.
