George Braxton Cole, 52 of Somerset, KY passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020 at his residence. He was born November 28, 1966 in Hopkins Co, KY to the late Johnny Cole and Susan Christian Cole. Survivors include his brother, Jeffrey Cole of Illinois; and his aunts, Sheila Hughes, Brenda Simms; and Uncle, Archie Butler; a great aunt, Joyce Gipson and special friends and Gaurdians, Jacke and Shanda Townsend.. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home Slaughters Hanson Chapel in Slaughters, KY with Bro. Jimmy Sigler officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Zion Brick Cemetery in Slaughters.
