Mr. Joe Leon Worley, a resident of Ozark, died Thursday evening, September 10, 2020, in Dale Medical Center. He was 76 years old. There will be no service held for Mr. Worley. Mr. Worley was born September 5, 1944 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He moved to Newton in 1965 and later worked with Bobs Pest-X, Copter Pest Control and with Enfinger Pest Control. Joe attended Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Ozark and enjoyed going fishing. He was preceded in death by his mother, Geneva Worley Key. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Evielene Jackson Worley of Ozark; one daughter, Sharon Diaz-Martinez (Franklin) of Dothan; one son, Johnny Worley of Ozark; one brother, Lloyd Norman of Clover, South Carolina; a special aunt, Martha Cross of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Margie Dunn of Dothan; brothers-in-law, Loyd Jackson and Wilmer Jackson both of Ozark; grandchildren, Tracy Diaz-Martinez, Alex Diaz-Martinez, Brandon Worley, Alexia Worley and Mykala Worley. Two great grandchildren also survive.
