<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Thomas Dale Ferrell, 74, of Stone Quarry Rd., Sudith, KY, passed away suddenly Wednesday September 9, 2020.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Born at Frenchburg, KY October 1, 1945, a son of the late Mason and Merlie Crain Ferrell. He was a knuckle boom operator for Simpkins Logging and a retired truck driver who had logged 3 million miles of safe driving, and was a member of the Mudlick Church Of God. He loved to play golf, watching the University Of Kentucky basketball and Saint Louis Cardinals baseball and spending time with his family. He had an amazing sense of humor, a kind heart and was loved by many.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Gail Ball Ferrell, 1 grandson, Justin Thomas Ferrell, 1 great-granddaughter, Avery Lake, 2 sisters and their spouses, Sue and Dotson Swartz and Billie and Paul Sexton, 1 brother, Richard Ferrell and wife Stella, 1 brother in law, Virgil Casey Thomas, 1 sister in law, Liz Ferrell, 1 nephew, Donnie Ferrell and 2 nieces, Donna Swartz and Kimberly Robin Hart.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Survivors include his loving wife of 37 years, Rosetta McNabb Ferrell, 5 daughters, Lisa Ferrell of Owingsville, KY, Angela McNabb and her husband Matthew of Salt Lick, KY, Kimberly Crouch of Morehead, KY, Carrie Everman and her husband Wes, Owingsville and Amber Rudd and her husband Shawn of Sudith, 2 sons, Shawn Ferrell of Owingsville, KY and Patrick Ferrell and his wife Christy of Olympia, KY, 1 brother, Don Ferrell of Salt Lick, KY and 1 sister, Margie Thomas of Owingsville, KY, 18 grandchildren, LaTosha (Joshua) Craig, Lacey Lake, Leighton (Brashton) McNabb, Hope Ferrell, Shelby (Michael) Denkins, Dalton Ferrell, Trevor Everman, Hunter Crouch, Kelsey Roberson, Austin Ferrell, Dylan Ferrell, Abigail Roberson, Ethan Ferrell, Conner Crouch, Brooklyn Everman, Olivia Stamper, Owen Ferrell, Brianna Rudd and Kinley Rudd, 4 great-grandchildren,, Maci and Mason Craig, Payton Lake and Elleighanna McNabb.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Funeral services will be conducted Sunday September 13, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Mudlick First Church Of God with Rev. Mark Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Ferrell Family Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday September 12, 2020 at the Mudlick First Church Of God from 5:00 PM &ndash; 8:00 PM.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Covid 19 regulations of a face covering and social distancing will be observed.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Powell Funeral Home, Salt Lick, KY is caring for arrangements.</p>
