Gail Lee Salters, 58, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. She was born on May 1, 1962, the daughter of James Lee and Lovie Mae (Ewings) Salters. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Lovie Mae Salters. Gail had a big heart, was a generous giver, was special and one of a kind. She was self-less and helped everyone that needed her. She was an excellent caregiver to her Father and Mother, and at times would often baby-sit her nieces and nephews, who she considered her own children. Gail and her sister Denise uniquely share the same birth day, only two years apart that she always cherished. She was a faithful church member, tithe payer, seed sewer, with a great love of people. Gail dedicated her life to the Lord, she attended Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church as a young girl, then to the Church of God the Prophesy, and finally the Potters House Church. She always saw the good in others, no matter the situation. Well done thy good and faithful servant. Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, on Thursday, September 17, 2020 from 12:00 pm (noon) to 1:00 pm.
