Jeffrey A. Bowen, of Chicago, Illinois passed away at Season’s Hospice & Palliative Care at Swedish Hospital in Chicago on September 1st, 2020 after battling medical issues for the last several months. A Resident of Chicago for over 30 years. He was born in Marion Indiana on March 7th, 1965. Proceeded in Death by his partner David Cerone , his parents Charles R. & Barbara J. Bowen and his puppy babies, Reggie, Betty & Harry. He is survived by his Sister Lori (Bowen) Rhorer and nephews Nathaniel, Nicholas and Noah Rhorer along with multiple cousins and countless friends. He was a Graduate of Purdue University and obtained an MBA at Western Michigan University. After receiving his MBA, he moved to Chicago and pursued a career in risk management. He ended his career as Superintendent of Facilities for a Local Park district. He was strong in his Catholic Faith and active in the LGBTQ+ community. Memorial services will be held at Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Wilmette, IL on October 9th at 10 am. Donations in Jeff’s name to any Catholic or LGBTQ+ charity will be appreciated instead of flowers. Arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options of Schiller Park, Illinois.
