Steven Evans

Steven Evans, 67, of Morris Wilson Rd., died September 9, 2020 at Maria Parham Health. He was born in Brooklyn, NY to John Vernon Stewart and Sarah Elizabeth Evans Henderson and Henry Henderson (step-father).   A private service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, September 12, at Greater Ransom Way of the Cross Temple for the immediate family. There will be no public viewing. Survivors include his wife, Sarah Harris Evans; children: Melissa Hart, Torisa Evans, Stewart Evans, Steven Evans, Jr.; seven grandchildren and his siblings: Trissa White, Gayle Henderson, Kriston Henderson, Debra Lindsay, Henry Henderson, Elder James Henderson, William Henderson, Marshall Henderson, Lorriane Gayles, Brenda Stewart Malinda Hogue, Regina Stewart, Valerie Stewart and Antonio Bowman. Arrangements are by Davis-Royster Funeral Service.
