Jacqueline McDuffie Aull, 97, died on August 31, 2020 at the Heritage at Lowman in Chapin. Born on June 1, 1923 in Rantoul, Illinois, she was a daughter of the late Jaspar Kemper and Elizabeth Hoofnagle McDuffie. She received an associate degree and spent many of her years championing her military husband William Aull and nurturing their children. She and her husband retired to Columbia, SC where she was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church of Columbia. Throughout the years, she enjoyed doing different arts and crafts. She is survived by her daughter, Sara Eadie of Weaverville, NC; a brother, Duncan Dallas McDuffie of NC; granddaughter, Elspeth Deal Brown and husband Andy of NC; and two great grandchildren, Henry Wilson Brown and Tatum Elizabeth Brown. She was predeceased by her husband, William Deal Aull; her son, William Dallas Aull in 1980 and by her sister Anne McDuffie McCullough. A private memorial service will be held in North Carolina at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the Heritage at Lowman, 201 Fortress Dr., Chapin, SC 29036.
